What you listen to on a Long Run: My thoughts, which are strange and entertaining most of the time.
Race performances you are most proud of: 2:58:25 at the 2024 Boston Marathon, beating my PR that I set 12 years earlier in my mid-20s before I had a bunch of babies!
Something that makes you unique: I grew up in St. Louis, went to high school in New Hampshire, college in Memphis and then UConn, then moved to Austin, Brooklyn, and finally settled down in good ole Milford, now within a few-mile-radius of hundreds of my in-laws! 🙂
