What you listen to on a Long Run: If and when I listen to music it’s on my ipod shuffle that hasn’t been updated in years. Currently it’s Eminen, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Pink Floyd, Toby Keith, Rocky soundtrack and a little Snoop!
Race performances you are most proud of: Cheap Marathon PR 10 years after my first marathon, Goofy Challenge (2nd overall) Bimblers Bluff 50k
