Favorite Run Spot in CT: Probably Ely’s Ferry/Cove rd because i grow up there, however the camber is serious, so my favorite training grounds are rocky neck.
Race you have done the most times: Saybrook Point Inn 5K
Hobbies outside of Running: Ive been a rock climber for around 10 years now and counting!
What you listen to on a Long Run: I have a 180bpm playlist that consists of mostly hard rock/metal🤘🏻
Race performances you are most proud of: Winning Saybrook Point 5k last year in dramatic fashion with a full sprint to the finishline.
Something that makes you unique: I learned how to handstand in a painstakingly long amount of time. Going for a 1 min hang challenge now.
