What you listen to on a Long Run: I start with Podcasts (favorites are Choose Strong and Everyday Ultra) and switch a variety of music that keeps me going

Race performances you are most proud of: 1st place at Cross CT run for Mental Health (56 miles) and 1st female at Tesla Hertz 100k. Both 2024
