What you listen to on a Long Run: My surroundings.
Race performances you are most proud of: The ones where I don’t put any expectations on myself and just enjoy the race experience. I usually have good results in those.
Something that makes you unique: I’m a first generation American – my Dad is from Sicily, and I am fortunate to have had a lot of different life experiences – I was a volunteer firefighter and EMT, led global media relations at a Fortune 100 company, and I have been able to travel to some great places professionally and with my family. This part my not be unique, but I enjoy being part of a team and look forward to the camaraderie of the SoundRunner group!
