Teams Clinch Series Titles in New Haven

New Haven, CT – The Women’s Open and Men’s Grandmaster teams clinch series titles with a race to spare at the Faxon Law New Haven Road Race 20k on Labor Day.

The Women were led by Rachael Whitbeck and won the team race by over a half hour. The Men’s Open team finished third in the team competition, led by a top 25 finish by William Sanders. The Men’s Masters Team finished 2nd and currently hold the lead in the overall series heading into the final race. Finally the Grandmasters took home the win in New Haven and cliched the overall title in the series.

The Teams look to close out the season strong at the final race of the Grand Prix in Hartford on Oct. 13th for the Hartford Half Marathon.
