SoundRunner Racing is a competitive USATF Connecticut club team of runners 18 and older. Our members range from brand-new runners to Olympic Trials qualifiers, and everyone is valued equally.
Our members live all along the Connecticut shoreline, from Groton to Milford, with teammates inland in places like Hamden, Meriden and Middletown too. We believe shared miles are the best miles. We focus on the USATF CT Grand Prix, MUT and XC series, and members also train for marathons, ultras, triathlons and Spartan races.

Joining
- Annual team dues are $25, which includes your singlet. Pay by PayPal.
- To score in the USATF CT circuit, you need an active USATF membership.
- Members race in at least 2 Grand Prix races a year (or come out to support the team if you can’t run) and wear the team uniform when racing.
